Apartment in the Apartment complex "Vishnevy Sad" (LLC "Vimedia Group")

Project description
An apartment in the business-class apartment complex. The apartment area is 350 m2. The entrance is equipped with the biometric access (activation/deactivation of apartment security system). Scenario control of both individual functions and a complex of Smart home functions.

Why did you decide to use iRidium? How did it improve your project?
1. For individual control visualization. For example, control from the apartment plan interface was added.
2. iRidium server UMC is used for:
- control of the supply- exhaust system;
- voice control (gateway between Alice and KNX);
- work of visualization;
- day/night schedules, scenario management and preservation of the preset parameters.
During the integration native drivers were used: KNX, Tion, Sonos, Modbus RTU (for Modicon), Yandex Alice.
